Returning Student Information Form
Our School District is transitioning from paper to electronic records to save funds and time involved with completing the necessary paperwork for your child to return each year to school.
Therefore, as we did last school year, we will not be sending home the paper forms on the first day of school. Instead, the forms will be online for you to complete. It is important that you take the time to follow the directions, which contains a link to the form, on this page. Each student is required to have each of the forms completed yearly.
The Hermitage School District encourages the use of technology by our students and staff to enhance the learning opportunities in every school in the district. Every student in grades 2-7 has access to a Chomebook in every one of the their classes and our high school students are part of our 1:1 program where each student is assigned a Chromebook which they use in school and also bring home to complete their coursework.
