Returning Student Information Form
Our School District is transitioning from paper to electronic records to save funds and time involved with completing the necessary paperwork for your child to return each year to school.
Therefore, as we did last school year, we will not be sending home the paper forms on the first day of school. Instead, the forms will be online for you to complete. It is important that you take the time to follow the directions, which contains a link to the form, on this page. Each student is required to have each of the forms completed yearly.
During the 2017-18 school year, Ionta Elementary and Delahunty Middle Schools applied to the Pennsylvania Department of Education to move from a Title 1 “Targeted Assistance” school to a “Schoolwide” Title 1 School. We are pleased to announce we just received notification that both Ionta Elementary and Delahunty Middle Schools were approved.
A Schoolwide Title 1 Program is a way of delivering Title 1 services that allows the school to address the educational needs of all students in a school community. Previously, Title 1 services were only used to target at risk students. In the Schoolwide model, Title 1 services can provide comprehensive strategies for improving the entire school such that every student can achieve at high levels of academic proficiency.
